Today I stumbled upon this creepy but amazing video done by Andre Govia and Martin Widlund. Andre Govia a photographer that screams October, has a outstanding eye for artistic pictures. A series of shots from abandoned locations in Europe have been making their way around the web, and I can’t stop looking at them. Take a look at Andre Govia Flickr to see first hand what I am talking about.
Banksy Strikes Again
Banksy, the British street artist, pulled off another stealthy stunt over the weekend, selling pieces of his spray artwork — which fetch tens of thousands of dollars at auction — from a Central Park vendor stall for $60 apiece.
PMS Color Search
For the last few weeks my task has been to hunt down pms colors for professional sports teams. Sometimes that is easier said then done, but with a little digging and some great resources it has been a fun Easter egg hunt. These are a few of the tools I have come across that have helped me along the way. For MLB I’ve been using this amazing infographic Major League Baseball Teams and Their Pantone Colors. Another good one I came across is for the NFL PMS Colors. If anyone else has any good resources please feel free to share.
Viral Video You Must Watch 1
<a href=”
The last month or so I have come across some great viral videos. The first video that I want to share is called Make it Count. Created by Casey Neistat out of NYC for Nike. Instead of making the video that Nike asked for he spent the entire budget traveling around the world with his friend Max.
The Sartorialist
A great look on what it means to be a photographer or an artist in general.
Make My Logo Bigger
This clip gets me every time and a serious issue that every designer faces.
Can’t wait to catch these guys live in Seattle on March 1st, 2012.
RiP Steve Jobs
“RIP Steve Jobs. Three apples changed the world forever. The first one seduced Eve, second one fell on Newton & the 3rd was offered to the world by Steve Jobs,” Inderpreet.

2nd Chance For Chris Rene
Wanting to see what all the hype was about I watched the series premiere of the X-Factor. While being bombarded by constant product placement and occasional good/bad acts I decided to record the remainder of the show. Later that night I started watching the final hour of the episode, and enjoyed the ability to skip through the same Pepsi and Verizon commercials that had already aired numerous times. For the most part I enjoyed the show besides the crazy fruit cake that pulled down his pants, but the act that will keep me coming back for more was that of Chris Rene. If you missed the series premiere of X-Factor you will enjoy the video because it is simply amazing knowing the background to to his story. I wish him the best of luck in whatever the feature holds for him.
